Walking in the Air - Snowman flying song

This is one of the most magical songs I know. The video The Snowman (from a Raymond Briggs children's picture book -) is wordless (save for the song "Walking in the Air") animated adventure about a young English boy who makes a snowman one Christmas Eve, only for it to come to life that night and take him on a magical adventure to the North Pole to meet Santa Claus.). This video brings tears to my ears... i'm such a sucker for this sort of thing....

I've been looking for this particular recording for years, as i've heard many versions but this is the very best one i know, sung by boy soprano Peter Auty, and I was delighted to find it easily on YouTube, and thank my friend tig for blogging the words:
